Hi all, Due to a large amount of feedback, we had decided to contact the co-ordinators at Red Hot Summer Tour about adding a pickup in East Dubbo. They were extremely happy to add the stop. The town shuttle will now pick up at the Macquarie Inn, on the grass along Wheelers Lane, before heading south, and will also be dropping off here on the return trip. :)

How will you be getting to the concert this year? You may not be able to go 'riding on the horses', but for a gold coin you can get the bus. Check the events tab on our website to make sure you're at the right stop, and at the right time, not left screaming 'what about me?!'. Make sure when the bus is coming, you hail it. 'You're the voice!' Use it, our drivers will 'understand it'. We don't know about 'throwing down your guns', but throw down your keys, don't drink drive, 'thats so reckless'. Have a great night people, and remember, 'Everywhere you go, we will bring you round'..... to the concert that is.

Red Hot Summer Tour - Dubbo The Red Hot Summer Tour comes to Lazy River Estate again in March 2017. Ogden's Coaches will be operating public transport to and from the event for a gold coin donation. With several pick up and set down locations across town, we encourage everyone to leave their cars at home and utilise this service. Pick up/Drop off locations are as follows: 1) Rotary Park- Whylandra Street, West Dubbo 2) Bus Shelter opposite Westside Hotel- Whylandra Street, West Dubbo 3) Dubbo Tourist Office- Macquarie Street, Dubbo CBD 4) Bus Shelter on Corner of Darling/Talbragar Streets, Dubbo CBD 5) Western Plains Cultural Centre- Wingewarra Street, Dubbo CBD 6) Elston Park- Gipps Street, Dubbo CBD 7) South Campus Bus Bay- Boundary Road, South Dubbo All stops will be marked on the day with the Red Hot Summer Tour posters, as well as a 'Bus Stop' sign. Buses will commence the shuttle to the event at 12:30pm and continue on a regular basis until 4pm. For the return, buses will begin picking up at 9:30pm, and run until all passengers have been picked up. This will be a fun night out, with a hassle free trip, and a service to the front gate of the event. Drink driving is not worth the risk, especially when you can avoid all of the angst for a gold coin donation. http://www.ogdenscoaches.com.au/events?eid=WCDkAH2Fm5

Hi all. As we start to hand out bus passes to our students, we like to remind parents that if your child loses their pass it will incur a $13 replacement fee. A good way to prevent our little ones from losing their pass is to punch a hole in the corner, and fasten it using a cable tie to the zipper of the bag. If you fasten it to the side that the driver is on as your child boards the bus, they will never have an issue with forgetting the pass, having to find it in their bag, losing it, or even having to go to the effort to show the driver. They can simply walk on, knowing that the driver can see it, and that they have got it. How simple is that! As always, have a nice day!

A reminder to all parents that bus pass applications should be completed as soon as possible. Parents wondering if they will receive the pass for their child in the mail, please be aware that the driver of the students bus will give them the pass in the coming weeks, and if you have already completed the application, they can catch the bus whilst they wait to be given the pass, as this can take us a couple weeks to print all the passes. We encourage parents of younger students to fasten the pass to their kid's bags. A hole punched in the corner and a cable tie works very well, and saves the pass from being lost and incurring a $13 fee for a replacement pass. We hope to see a lot of new faces on the bus this year :)
